Your way to impact:
  • Managing pipelines of existing and prospective client merchants to assist them in developing their ePayments solution strategy

  • Keeping clients ahead of the game by upgrading their solutions with the latest PayPal product suite portfolio of customised payment solutions

  • Working with fast-growing merchants seeking guidance on how to take their business to the next level

  • Navigating all aspects of B2B sales processes and deliver a value-based sales proposition to decision-makers

  • Making multiple outreaches daily and using your communication skills to fully articulate the PayPal value proposition to prospective merchants and lead them through the sales cycle. Success in this role will be measured by a set of KPIs (Key Progress Indicators) linked to a generous Sales Target Incentive programme

Your Day to Day:

  • Managing outbound calls, pitching PayPal’s full product suite

  • Acquiring new merchants andcross-selling/upsellingto existing customers

  • Managing and supporting merchants through the full sales cycle, right from early engagement and discovery, negotiation and contracting, through to implementation and go live

  • Closing the deal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Pipeline management and prioritisation

  • Building strong working relationships with internal PayPal Stakeholders (Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Product, Risk, and Integration) to enable an outstanding merchant experience

  • Gaining wide professional knowledge of the payments industry sector and demonstrate benefits to the merchant through a consultative selling approach

What you need to bring:

  • Fluency in English and German

  • Dedication and motivation to drive revenue growth, whilst creating the basis for long-term client relationships

  • A proven track record in a Sales role

  • Strong negotiation skills with some experience in outbound calling

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Your strengths as a Team player - great interpersonal, cross-cultural and communication skills

  • A drive for results and productivity such as calls, talk time, pipeline management

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • An interest in Sales Career Development

  • Experience working in a target-driven environment
