**Position requires to be onsite in San Diego full time

Successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial reporting

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities

• Ability to adapt to new systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 1+ year of Accounting, Finance, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc) and other financial software (such as TM1, Oracle, Tableau).

• CPA with audit experience
