As an experienced engineer on the team, you will work closely with the engineering staff, product managers, and UX designers across the team, as well as interact directly with customers. You will play a key role in defining the technology strategies to our product, and are a technical leader and force-multiplier in the team. You will have the unique opportunity to build, influence, and shape a new AWS service.Our ideal candidate is:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
