Support F5’s customers through the development of tools that facilitate alert triage, cybersecurity analysis, and use of F5’s proprietary toolsets to deliver anti-automation and threat mitigation best practices.
Work directly with engineering teams to assist in the development of tools and automation that support our customer facing organizations
Collaborate with members of Services, Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, or Marketing teams to achieve cross-functional outcomes
Support cross-functional, project-based process improvement to decrease internal technical challenges/bottlenecks, while improving communications and solidifying emerging processes.
Measure user experience to internal user interfaces, collecting data, and analyzing processes to build, document, and benchmark our growing platforms.
Evaluate operations enhancement opportunities based on analysis of internal and external business conditions
The ideal candidate will have:
Current student, majoring in Computer Science or Data related fields preferred

The ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall operational and technical performance.
The ability to write and troubleshoot code in Python, Java, or other programming languages
Outstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills with a passion for Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) customer facing tools and problem sets.
A growth mindset, with exceptional attention to detail, strong collaborative skills in team environment, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
