  • Responsible for partnering with Premier leadership and Premier Advisors to ensure referral flow of qualified Premier clients. As leader of a CAC Pod the FA 3 will ensure Premier referral flow delivers perfect client experience and deep partnership with Premier advisors.
  • Delivers education and training to assigned Premier partners about the value of CAC and CAC solutions focused on mass affluent clients.
  • Handles inbound calls from clients independently while looking for sales opportunities.
  • Answers client questions within set standards.
  • Consults with clients to uncover needs and provide opportunities to add value through holistic financial management.
  • Demonstrates how particular investment solutions match client’s individual needs, using a wide range of investment solutions to help build an investment strategy for clients.
  • Leverage technology to interact with clients for communication, portfolio strategy, and display.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all business transactions and practices in the individual’s span of control comply with all regulations and the Truist Code of Conduct
  • Subject matter expert on bank/LOB products. Conducts research on moderately complex customer issues; interprets policies and procedures; may act as a working leader. Assists with the training of less experienced Financial Advisors in his/her own subject area of expertise.
  • Work on small groups (pods) of Financial Advisors focused on partnership with Premier Bankers, Preferred Advisors, and Retail Banking leadership to facilitate training and referrals into the team. May have an individual book of business.

  • 8-20 years of retail brokerage or securities industry experience.
  • Strong communications, sales, presentation, and organizational skills with an emphasis on proactive outbound calling.
  • Demonstrated leadership and partnership skills in a matrix environment. Inspire others for excellence and focus on delivering exceptional client experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic financial planning and asset allocation techniques. Sufficient knowledge of essential systems to assist in trade execution.
  • Highly organized individual with knowledge of essential systems, policies and procedures, and investment products and services including basic financial planning and asset allocation techniques.
  • Series 7, and 66 or equivalent registrations are required. Insurance licenses required to sell Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Fixed Annuities and Variable Annuities
  • Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field.
