We’re seeking a Project ManagerNew York City on a municipal agency construction buildings project. You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today’s challenges. As a senior member of our team, you’ll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.
- Professional Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering
- 10+ years of as a Project/Program Manager in an Architectural or Engineering organization
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Experienced with project monthly schedule review and update process
- Experience with tracking project issues to beneficial resolution
- Experience with Ventilation, Heating, HVAC systems, and General Construction
- Experience with eBuilder Project Management System
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Maximo
- Data management experience
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- CCM or PMP certification
- OSHA 30 certification
