Take ownership and manage a portfolio of products that are part of the ICE Global Network offering
Responsible for entire product life cycle including:
Initial development: business case with cost/revenue, design discussion with engineering, legal agreement(s), negotiations with partner(s) or counterparties
Oversee and contribute when required to the solution build with engineering, data center and PMO teams
Support the product internally: technical questions, pricing, product features, rules and/or specificities, etc.
Monitor changes (technical, regulatory, financial) impacting the product and ensure the product, and associated collateral, are updated accordingly
Monitor and contribute to product success, and ensure competitiveness and profitability
Communicate and manage relationship with partners or external parties
Specifically responsible for market data strategy and connectivity to trading venues for the Americas.
Monitor and support existing content, review profitability and commercials
Identify new content for IGN, understand connectivity and redistribution models, put together high-level design, build business case, lead agreement discussion with ICE Legal and third-parties, oversee buildout and drive go-to-market.
May be involved in content offerings in other regions (EMEA, APAC) from time to time.
Develop a solid understanding of our target market customers and their business / functional requirements for network, colocation services and connectivity.
Collect and analyze feedback from clients and other stakeholders to recommend new products or product enhancements.
Work closely with our marketing department and coordinate webpage updates, documentation availability (regulatory and marketing), customers’ notices, etc.
Knowledge and Experience
3+ years of experience in a product role or as a technical expert dealing with financial network services, or sales/account management role
University degree, preferably in technology, engineering, or business
Knowledge of data center environment and telecommunications / networks (lower layers of OSI model with a strong focus on Layer 3 protocols ‘multicast/unicast’).
Experience in capital markets or related sectors (e.g. trading technology vendors)
Familiar with Americas-based trading venues and/or venue connectivity model (technical solution, costs, redistribution model, etc…)
Results oriented with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to take on new assignments and challenges.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding and fast paced environment
Capable to deliver high-quality documentation (internal and external) with attention to details, along with strong presentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to interact and interface with various teams at ICE (engineering, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, management,…) or outside of the organization (trading venues, partners, vendors, etc…)
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
