Technical Excellence

• Position Overview We are seeking a resource to be engaged as a key member of the Central Team engaged in implementing the CSS 10K FPO program, involving development and promotion of Farmer Collectives (Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) / Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) / Fish Farmers Producer Organizations (FFPOs) / Existing Primary Fishery Cooperative Societies (EPFCs) across six states in India. The role is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha and requires travel to project implementing areas. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve stage wise deliverables of the 10K FPO program across states.
• Coordinating with central & field team members to achieve deliverables related to the 10K FPO program.
• Engage with representatives of Implementing Agencies (IAs) for enabling FPO equity grant, FPO Management Cost and CBBO Management Cost
• Facilitate partnerships with input & output companies, Banks and others to build a sustainable business model for FPOs.
• Organize and facilitate training programs, exposure & field trips for FPOs and their members.
• Any other activities related to building a robust FPO ecosystem within the contours of the 10K FPO Program. Required Skills

Qualification

• Bachelor in Agriculture Sciences
• Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience of working in agribusiness companies/FPOs

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
