Essential Responsibilities:

  • Performs SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise
  • Leads enterprise-wide applications projects and/or programs within PayPal with moderate scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
  • May act as an enterprise systems resource for entry level and developing colleagues

Expected Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Build seamless candidate and hiring manager experiences through innovative Workday Recruiting solutions by optimizing workflows, automated screening, and interview scheduling.
  • You'll directly unlock Recruiting's capacity to focus on strategic talent acquisition, improving candidate quality, and propelling our business forward through better hires.

Your Day to Day

  • Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting end-to-end: job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview processes, offer management, and onboarding handoffs
  • Build candidate relationship management strategies leveraging Eightfold AI (or similar CRM tools) integrated with Workday to nurture talent pools and improve pipeline conversion
  • Develop Workday Extend applications to address recruiting gaps and create custom candidate/hiring manager experiences beyond core Workday functionality

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of hands-on Workday Recruiting (ATS) configuration experience , including business process configuration, calculated fields, security groups, and custom objects
  • Stay ahead of the Workday curve– explore new features and functionality, recommending innovative solutions to optimize HCM processes. Be the spark that ignites continuousimprovement, drivingefficiency and maximizing the value of our Workday investment.
  • Workday Release Updates:Deep understanding of Workday HCMarchitecture, stayingabreast of the latest advancements and best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics:Proficient in Workday Reporting and Workday DataAnalytics, craftingimpactful dashboards and reports.
  • Integration Expertise:Proven track record in configuring end-to-end recruiting workflows: requisition creation, candidate application flows, interview scheduling, offer approvals, and background checks
  • Workday HCM Core knowledge to ensure seamlesscandidate-to-employeeconversion
  • Experience with recruiting automation, AI-powered screening tools, and candidate engagement platforms
  • Understanding of compliance requirements (OFCCP, GDPR, EEOC) within recruiting systems

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950
