To be successful in this role you will need to be able to influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies. You will work with organizations such as Worldwide (WW) Engineering and Design, WW Tech SME, Last Mile Delivery and Tech, Supply Chain, Finance, Safety, as well as Operations to innovate at scale and drive the development roadmap. You will manage large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of AMZL delivery station. You will work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. Our team works on the short, medium and long-term, incremental and radical innovation of process infrastructure, layout and standards for new launch and legacy delivery stations. - Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field
- 8+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation
- Experience managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects, implementing automated equipment and/or integrated systems
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
