As a Logistics Center Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for incident management and a service delivery. You will use your broad background in IT service management to design and deliver IT operation services. Important to the role is the ability to identify, evaluate, and execute IT operation service requirements and solutions. In addition, you should be able to communicate with business stakeholders and project teams on IT operation service management and transition. To analysis and continuously optimise service is also a part of your daily key tasks. You will play an important part in improving stabilisation of ‘imPact LC’ infrastructure operation services and closely work with business initiatives and provide technical consultant and delivery of project outputs. You’ll closely work with other Tech Ops functions and GOaL (Global Ops & Logistics) stakeholders. You will also closely interact with Logistics centre stakeholders in Distribution Center to help to execute overall Nike Pacific business plans and need to work with other IT streams in Tech and counter parts across the globe as necessary
