What you’ll be doing：

• Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of customer reported issues – Perform PCB-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA.

• Define appropriate characterization techniques to root cause complex problems.

• Apply knowledge of system design, electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to propose containment and corrective action fordesign/production/supplier.

• Continuously apply sophisticated analysis tools and methodology.

• Share lessons-learn from previous field quality issues; give early input via DFMEA to ensure known quality, reliability, manufacturing issues are identified, and risks are mitigated.

• Assist in generating 8D failure analysis reports and verify/characterize corrective actions’ effectiveness.

• Quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements.

What we need to see：

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PCB level hardware verification/debug and signal integrity measurement.

• Proficient in power electronics, PCB level troubleshooting and debugging; knowledge in and experience with server systems.

• Knowledge of Linux system and Linux Shell Scripts.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
