Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate complex virtual or onsite interviews with speed and efficiency.
  • Utilise Facebook’s internal tools to schedule and track candidates throughout their process.
  • Greet and support candidates, virtually or onsite, and provide prompt follow up and communication from initial contact to completion of their interviews.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service, communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times with internal stakeholders and all candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners and peers to provide an exceptional and efficient recruiting experience for all candidates.
  • Track, analyze and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting process with a focus on elevating the candidate experience, driving efficiencies and DEI.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members on scheduling and recruiting processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer/client, operational or administrative role.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating excellent time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate easily with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
  • Customer centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Experience building and fostering great partnerships and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem solving and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across timezones.
  • Experience improving and identifying issues in processes and influencing to drive change. Project management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of calendar/meeting applications, data reporting and adept at learning new software and web-based tools.
