As an ABAP or C++ Developer specializing in Generative AI, your role involves innovatively applying AI solutions to ABAP's language and programming models.• Train /fine-tune large language models to address the specific needs of the ABAP language and programming models.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to prepare them for modeling.
• Conduct experiments and performance evaluations of AI models.
• Document development processes and create technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed AI systems.
• Excellent team player, passionate about his/her work, self-motivated and driven

What you bring

• Applicants for this position should have a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or possess relevant coursework and certifications.
• Hands on experience on natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks (both training models and prompting engineering). For the Associate role having educational knowledge even if not accompanied by hands-on experience is OK.
• Proficiency in programming languages like ABAP, Java, or Python is necessary. Candidates are expected to understand ABAP development principles, SAP systems, and programming models. For the Associate role having educational knowledge even if not accompanied by hands-on experience is OK.
• Experience /Knowledge in the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment and knowledge of agile software development processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial. Showcasing programming skills and problem-solving abilities through personal or academic projects is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, emphasizing the ability to work well in a team. Fluency in English is a must for this role.
