Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network and systems professionals.
- Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance.
- Be 70% hands-on and 30% management.
- Collaborate with IT management to align security initiatives with business goals.
- Work together with Security teams on different projects and systems.
Network & Servers Management:
- Design, implement, and manage Org network systems like switches, AP’s, including firewalls, VPNs, ZTNA, proxy and other network security appliances.
- Monitor network traffic and analyze alerts to identify and respond to issues.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Network\Systems Incident Response:
- Lead the response to network or Server incidents, including detection, containment, and recovery.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during network incidents.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network standards, security trends, technologies, and threats.
- Recommend and implement new network tools, technologies, and processes to enhance network stability.
- Manage the cloud infrastructure, and services in the best possible way.
- Implement new systems and tools to enhance security for the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on network best practices.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate documentation of network security architecture, policies, and procedures followed by security teams.
- Provide recommendations for improving network infrastructure based on analysis and trends.
