The Flex SDR role is andesigned for individuals eager to build foundational pipeline generation skills and transition into a full-time Inbound SDR role. Flex SDRs provide critical support by covering capacity gaps, executing high-volume campaigns, and contributing to strategic projects. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to accelerate your career in technology sales.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide temporary coverage during leaves, open roles, or high-volume campaigns across the BDR organization.

  • Rotate across teams to support organizational capacity needs as directed by BDR Managers.

  • Contribute booked meetings toward the SDR organization’s overall quota.

  • Participate in special projects and experiments (e.g., testing new tools, refining workflows, or developing use cases) to improve scalability and efficiency.

  • Shadow experienced SDRs during calls, campaigns, and pipeline reviews to build a strong understanding of inbound demand generation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Early in career, motivated to grow within a technology sales environment.

  • Highly coachable, curious, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to support multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an emphasis on teamwork and adaptability.

  • Recent college graduate or equivalent internship/work experience.

During this role, you will:

  • Complete onboarding and sales training.

  • Gain exposure to multiple teams and functions.

  • Build foundational skills in demand generation and value-based selling.

The base pay range per annum for this position is: $40,400.00 - 45,000 USD Annual
