Minimum Qualifications &
BS, BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field—yourexpertiselets you partner deeply with our product and engineering leads.

Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law inWA and/orCA.
years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house.

Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with at least 2 years focused on technology products or services.
Technical experience in technology or software industries, especially with cloud-based services, network infrastructure, or application delivery platforms.
Experience advising onAI governance frameworks, machine learning model deployment,AI applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, product development, and/or complex commercial agreements for multiple geopoliticaljurisdictionsand in highly regulated sectors.
Demonstrated success in supporting rapid product cycles and advising on transformative technology initiatives.
Deep familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud deployments.
Knowledge of network security technologies, including firewalls, load balancers, DDoS mitigation, and WAF (Web Application Firewall) solutions.
in international data privacy regulations beyond GDPR and CCPA, including PIPEDA, LGPD, APPI, and emerging frameworks in APAC and Middle East regions.
Understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, PCI DSS,ISO 42001,and NIST standards.
Track recordadvisingenterprise SaaS companies or infrastructure providers serving Fortune 500 clients.
