Key job responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for newly launch internal tools/insights and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate account team adoption of our solutions. You will be responsible for developing scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. You will work with internal customers to collect voice of customer and identify opportunities to improve products and tools. You will partner with Product teams to define new features and technical requirements. As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with Product and Sales teams.This is a role focused on driving GTM for Insights Hub (IHub), a single place to find relevant packaged narratives and insights and prepare content for advertiser presentations for Ads Sales teams. You will build strong internal relationships across locale and influence internal teams to deliver the right results for our account teams and drive revenue and productivity. You will maintain strong cross-organizational communications (online/offline) to ensure launch processes are on track.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of program or product management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs from concept to completion.
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience and attention to detail.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Experience with digital products and brands.
- Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to think creatively with little direction.
