Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these arerequiredfor this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the identity, secrets management and/or PKI space.
  • 3+ years of experience shipping large scale software.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager on the team, you will:
• Develop a deep understanding of the Identity, Access, and Secrets Management story within Microsoft365 services
• Develop and express an attacker mindset in all design efforts around secrets management, to protect Microsoft customer data stored in systems architected on Azure/Datacenter.
• Provide thought leadership on the direction of Microsoft365 Identity, Access, and Secrets Management Solution
• Lay out a vision and a prioritized roadmap of product work needed to support the multitude of Microsoft365 services.
• Collaborate closely with M365 Security Team as well as service teams to architect and roll out the latest security policies to protect service and customer data.
• Define key success metrics and craft data-focused tracking of solution health and adoption.
• Report on project status in various CVP reviews, partner briefings, & security conferences
