The role of the

The primary responsibility of a Transformation Associate is to work with the Transformation Principals to develop transformation programs.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

• Support the Transformation Principals in developing Transformation programs within large E2E Managed Services deals.
• Research and benchmark best practice for improvement and change, seek new ideas from inside and outside the business and identify innovative solutions.
• Track business and related targets and objectives.
• Support all transformation program related matters as well as raise key issues and escalations when necessary.
• Communicate effectively and frequently with various levels of the organization.

• Team spirit and enthusiasm, self-starter, and an autonomous player
• Strive for high standards in customer satisfaction with a quality service mindset.
• Detail oriented with good time management and organizational skills
• Can work under pressure and maintain good engagement levels.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Media, Communication, or related fields is preferred.
• Have valid work authorization in Singapore (Citizen/Permanent Resident)
