- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud or AI space.
- Experience in, or supporting the startup ecosystem.
- Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges or promoting AI technology to clients.
- Experience with leadership within a quota-carrying team (e.g., people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching).
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to present at customer meetings, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as an advocate for Google Cloud, products, and customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams to impact business goals, customer experience, and customer expansion.
- Experience planning and organizing go-to-market strategies, business programs, and sales activity within the team and territory.
- Experience with people and business management, supporting career development of a high performing sales team, and business growth.
- Experience with Google Cloud, AI offerings, and promoting an AI technology stack.
- Experience leveraging knowledge of products, solutions, and market trends, with excellent analytical skills to analyze sales performance data or market changes and drive strategic direction.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation, active listening, and program management skills.
