- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in vendor operations, vendor service delivery in IT extended workforce, and software engineering services.
- 5 years of experience in vendor sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations and contracting.
- Experience in multi vendor operations management for scaled operations and vendor relationship management.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to influence and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
