Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer-facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
Ability to communicate in English and Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
Experience in hunting, acquisition within a start-up environment.
Ability to grow in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
