• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Development using Java
• Extensive track record in working in large-scale software development projects
• In-depth experience with microservice architectures and distributed systems
• Proficiency in cloud-native and open-source development practices (including DevOps)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
• Ability to lead complex technical topics across development teams
• Fluency both written and spoken in English and optionally in German

• Working experience of advanced messaging systems (e.g. Kafka)
• Professional experience of scalable micro service architectures
• Professional experience with Kubernetes, Helm is a plus.

• Building thought-leadership in designing the next generation of integration technology
• Consulting customers and stakeholders as an expert in the integration domain
• Driving improvements and innovations in our development processes
• Contributing to SAP’s multi-cloud strategy in the context of the SAP Integration Suite.
