Work Authorization for Australia: You need to hold Australian Citizenship
Key responsibilities are:
- Understand customer and partner requirements to then efficiently present an end-to-end Cisco networking solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer technical questions, contribute to proposals, analyse clients’ needs and develop technical solutions in a pre-sales environment.
- Work on strategic sales initiatives (customer outreach, Channel training, etc.) to grow business in targeted regions.
- Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills while evoking passion and confidence with your audience.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Consistent track record of 5 years + in a pre-sales technical role such as solutions architect, systems engineer, sales engineer, etc
- Proven mastery and experience in IP routing, switching and WiFi
- Solid awareness and experience working with cloud services (IaaS, SaaS and PaaS)
- Prior experience in network programming using APIs (through Python etc.)
- Excellent relationship building skills, resourcefulness, resilience and presentation skills
- Currently hold or are able to qualify for an Australian Government Security clearance through AGSVA (must be an Australian Citizen)
Preferred qualifications:
- Solid understanding and experience in Enterprise Wi-Fi, Ethernet switching, routing and SD-WAN, Cloud-managed networking, Cyber Security, and IoT
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC as a sales qualification methodology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills, resourcefulness, resilience and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience.
- CCIE certification is strongly preferred
