Software Engineer II- for the Employee self-service agent.a flagship MSFT story on building agents in the era of AI shift.and pushing the boundary of LLM and Agent.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in design, coding, rapid prototyping, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work on cross-platform code.
• Exposure communicating,collaboratingand navigating ambiguity in a cross-group environment.
• Understanding driving quality experience for customers.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and proven algorithm design capability.
• Good technical, cross group collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

• Hands on experience in architectural design and large-scale systems.
• Experience with using data analysis techniques on real datasets.
• DevOps Experience supporting production systems.

• Define, design, and deliver backend services from incubations stage to maturity with customer trust and user delight.
• Contribute to the architecture & design of the products. Develop and release newAgent capabilities directly in M365 copilot using LLM capabilities.
• Own the components and drive them end to end. Work with our product and design team to implement intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Define and build systems and strategies to ensure quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability,accuracyand maintainability.
