- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and competitive selling.
- Experience working towards and exceeding quarterly goals (in revenue or product growth).
- Ability to communicate in Lithuanian or Latvian and English fluently to support client relationships and drive sales in this region.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Slovenia.
- Ability to demonstrated thought leadership and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
