Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business managers, the program team, and internal controls partners to support field leadership and help remediate emerging controls issues.
- Support field leadership by ensuring understanding and reinforcement of key messages.
- Field questions that accompany new initiatives and address emerging issues that impact the field.
- Function as primary control/support for Senior Business Consultant event control process.
- Assist with planning and execution of key community events.
- Meet with Senior Business Consultants 2-3 days per week in the field/remotely, depending on geography, collecting best practices and escalating them nationally.
- Engage on workstreams within projects and assist with the development and execution of strategies.

- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to forward decision-making.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to take a project from initial roll-out through to execution.
- Understand the importance of operating in a well-controlled environment.
- Thrive in a collaborative work environment, and is comfortable with being remotely managed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate, (oral and written), and partner with key stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
