

Solutions Architect, Technology Consulting, SAP – SuccessFactors (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1655160), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Orlando, FL.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in providing internal and/or external consulting services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in SAP.
Must have 4 years of experience in on premise and cloud-based HCM.
Must have 4 years of integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware tools including for data migration, data mapping, and data transformation processes within a combination of at least 4 of the following:
· SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
· SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP);
· Dell Boomi;
· SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM);
· SAP HCM PA;
· SAP ABAP;
· SAP HCI; and/or
· SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.
Must have 4 years of experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Must have 4 years of in-depth functional and technical experience with the SuccessFactors system, as well as leading workshops and client-facing presentations.
Must have 1 year of experience counselling and mentoring junior level consultants by providing structured, on-the-job feedback.
Must have or be eligible to obtain one of the following SAP SuccessFactors certifications as a Solution Architect within one year of hire:
· SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
· SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
· SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
· SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
· SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
