� BS in EE with 5+ or MS in EE with 4+.
� Very good written and verbal communication skills.
� Project or Program management experience is a plus. Good organization skills and should know Excel, Confluence (updating Wikis) and bug tracking tools like Jira.
� Knowledge of FPGA software and IP flows. Ability to do root-cause analysis, triage defects and assess potential customer impact. Scripting knowledge (Python and Perl) is a plus.
� Ability to actively contribute towards the release convergence process including tracking and analyzing Release Quality metrics and KPIs.
