Your analytical expertise will be crucial in optimizing how customers discover products, build their carts, and receive their orders quickly and efficiently. You'll dive deep into data to uncover insights that power personalized content delivery, making every customer interaction more relevant and engaging.Working with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and analyze complex BI solutions focusing on key areas such as Ordering, Engagement, Personalization, and Promotions. - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with loosely defined requirements.
