Your analytical expertise will be crucial in optimizing how customers discover products, build their carts, and receive their orders quickly and efficiently. You'll dive deep into data to uncover insights that power personalized content delivery, making every customer interaction more relevant and engaging.Working with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and analyze complex BI solutions focusing on key areas such as Ordering, Engagement, Personalization, and Promotions. Your data-driven strategies will be instrumental in fueling our exponential growth and shaping the future of international online retail.Key job responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain small to mid-size BI solutions that drive data-informed decisions in our international e-commerce operations.
2. Create and optimize data sets, queries, reports, and dashboards to answer critical business questions.
3. Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
4. Utilize SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) to deliver actionable insights.
7. Produce comprehensive documentation for all BI solutions to ensure ease of use and maintainability.
8. Participate in code reviews and conduct thorough testing to maintain high-quality standards.
9. Identify and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
10. Contribute to team discussions on project design, scoping, and prioritization.
11. Build a deep understanding of the business context and technologies underlying our data infrastructure.

- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, data analytics, data science, computer science or related field
