- Strong probability and statistics background

- Good understanding of packaging
- Knowledgeable in DFT techniques

- Good understanding of circuits and layout
- Good software skills, especially in scripting languages
- Understanding of CMOS device and product reliability
- Direct experience in product
- Experience in both EFA and PFA
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Education & Experience
BSEE / MSEE or equivalent
Additional Requirements
- Experience in board level design
- J750EX and UltraFlex ATE experience
