Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience
- Proficiency in APM, profiling, performance analysis and relevanttools such as Pyroscope, AppDynamics, Elastic APM, Glowroot etc.
- Experience with building and extending Grafana dashboards
- Expertise with using and building frameworks and best practices forregression, functional and e2e testing
- Good understanding of Observability
- Strong mentoring skills. Able to influence and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
- Excellent communication skills. Communicates succinctly to all levels ofemployees, customers and management (including executives)
- “Self-starter” attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
