Your key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data related to employee learning and development programs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize learning trends.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve learning programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work in teams

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field)
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the field of learning and development.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
