Your key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to employee learning and development programs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize learning trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve learning programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field)
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the field of learning and development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
