role will be central to this transformation. As a hands-on engineer, you will modernize and scale web experiences across multiple properties, drive adoption of web components from our Reimagine design system, and extend that library to power dynamic, enterprise-grade shopping and checkout flows. Beyond hands-on development, you’ll influence architecture, improve developer efficiency through shared tooling and governance, and ensure quality at scale by reviewing pull requests and mentoring vendor engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience hands-on backend development experience. with.NET/C#orrelevantbackendtechnology, including building APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• 2+years ofexperience withrelational databases(SQL Server, Azure SQL)orNoSQL solutions(Cosmos DB, Redis) including schema design, optimization, and query performance.
• 2+yearsofdemonstratedexperiencein buildingscalable, high-availability servicesfor enterprise commerce systems (e.g. -pricing, catalog, cart, checkout, payments).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge ofcloud platforms (Azure preferred)including App Services, Functions, Service Bus/Event Hub, Key Vault, and API Management.
• Proven experience implementingobservability and monitoringsolutions(e.g., Azure App Insights, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus) and diagnosing performance bottlenecks.
