Sales Operations Analyst 3

Typical responsibilities include:

  • First line review of Deal Registration leads for approvals, including user support
  • Acts as the first line point of contact for internal Channel teams and Partners/Distributors to resolve system user access and JPA / JDA program queries, including relating to program requirements, rebates and reporting
  • Work with other Juniper teams (global & theater based) including: Channel Operations, Deal Registration, Order Management, MDF team, Sales Support and others
  • Carry out initial checks and work with stakeholders to get approvals for new Partner registrations.
  • Track and maintain partner certification, partner performance data
  • Following up on documentation or other required details for MDF process and claims
  • Maintain & make available, data and associated reports on request & query statuses to the management periodically
  • Build and strengthen relationships with PAM, DPAMs, Partners and Distributors through effective administration & by providing timely resolution to all queries
  • Proficient in handling Partner / Distributor escalations, quickly highlighting issues to Theater Channel Support Lead
  • Recommend and implement procedures to improve process practices, techniques & efficiency
  • Additional tasks supporting the Team Lead specific to the region
  • Drive & perform regular quality checks & self-checking


  • Graduate with 5
  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including via MS Teams / telephone
  • Self-starter, working with Team Lead to prioritise workload
  • An understanding of Channel processes such as Deal Registration and Partner programs would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in Operations gained within a fast-paced high-tech organization
  • Strongly detail-orientated, and able to effectively multi-task, following actions to their timely conclusion
  • Comfortable working with a variety of roles across business, IT and Sales Operations functions globally
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Salesforce required; SAP would be a clear benefit
  • Literacy in various PC applications & Microsoft office tools is a must, with a proficiency in MS Excel and a willingness to build on existing skills and learn new applications
