As a successful Inside Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop your team to take Expoint to the next level. You will be part of a forward-thinking, highly motivated and technically-minded organization that places an emphasis on developing talent.
The primary goal of your role is to manage the inside sales team and to build relationships with our customers. You will be expected to set goals and create strategies to drive continuing sales growth and optimization. You'll need to have a great understanding of the technical space, be capable of analyzing large amounts of data quickly, and obtaining insights that can be used to inform decisions.
You will also be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact training programs for the sales team, creating sales activities and campaigns to maximize performance, and managing the team’s campaigns and advances. Establishing trusting relationships and excellent communications skills are critical for this position.
In addition, you will be managing and developing a focused set of target customers and working to increase customer market share. You'll need to possess the technical experience to engage in product-related conversations and provide guidance and solutions to our customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and managing inside sales operations. He/she will be an articulate and confident communicator, with a "can do" attitude and an enthusiasm for scaling up the sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have an admirable track record in tech sales and a passion for innovating and optimizing our sales process.
