We are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team, and take responsibility for developing relationships with clients in the public sector involving Google Cloud.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, increasing customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be in charge of identifying customer needs and understanding current Google Cloud products and services. Your goal will be to ensure that customers get maximum value from their Google Cloud investments.
Successful candidates should have extensive knowledge of public sector agencies, organizations, and decision-makers. You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage customer relationships.
