As a Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our company and its employees are taken care of in terms of benefits. This involves staying abreast of changing regulations, creating and administering benefit plans, and responding to employee inquiries regarding their duties and benefits. You'll also be collaborating with new and current benefit providers to ensure customer satisfaction while staying within budget guidelines.
