At Expoint, we are looking for a tech-savvy Office Assistant to join our fast-paced workplace. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong organizational and communication skills, be solution-oriented, and be comfortable working with the latest technologies.
In this role, you would be responsible for maintaining office operations, such as managing and placing orders for office supplies and administrative tasks, assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, managing client files and organizing and preparing material for meetings. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and taking meeting minutes as well as providing support to senior staff.
You must have experience using spreadsheets, word processing, and project management software such as Microsoft Office, as well as experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Salesforce. You should also possess excellent communication skills, and you should be comfortable working with both internal and external contacts.
