As a Network Support Engineer for Expoint, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance for all network matters within the Expoint platform. Your primary goal will be to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot network issues that may be impacting our company’s workflow and customer experience.
It will be your job to provide reliable and timely support when needed, as well as establish and maintain our customer’s networks in an effort to ensure successful connections. You must have an in-depth understanding of the latest networking technologies such as LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and switches, and knowledge of core networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
You will need to have excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills in order to be successful in this role, as you will be responsible for managing complex customer networking issues. You must also be able to identify where customer networks may be vulnerable in terms of security, and provide valuable guidance in order to ensure our customer’s safety.
Additionally, you must be able to work collaboratively with other Expoint team members and vendors in order to identify and promote the most efficient methods and technologies. Together, you will develop strategies and solutions to ensure customer’s maintain consistent and reliable network connections.
