The Employee Relations Partner role at Expoint is an exciting fixed-term contract opportunity in the tech industry. We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual who is able to work independently and bring employee relations expertise to our network.
In this role, the employee relations partner will be responsible for providing proactive, comprehensive and specialized support for grievances, issues, and other employee relations matters. The successful candidate must be able to establish trusting relationships and provide leadership to build a collaborative working environment among staff and company leaders.
The ideal candidate must be a true problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle sensitive employee issues with the utmost discretion. They must also have a good understanding of relevant employment relations law and be able to provide advice and guidance to managers and leaders on matters related to employee relations.
We also expect the successful candidate to help build, implement and maintain workplace systems that ensure a safe and equitable working environment for all. Our employee relations partner should be well versed in dispute resolution methods and have experience working in a highly regulated work environment.
