What you'll be doing:

The Intel Fab28 Headquarters Data Analyst Technical Assistant will:
• Data Analysis and System Management: Execute advanced people analytics processes, perform comprehensive data analysis, and develop and maintain HC information systems, including building applications, reports, and decision support tools.
• Provide Technical Support: Collaborate closely with F28 labor analyst to deliver technical assistance and support for daily headcount (HC) activities and program management initiatives.
• Dashboard and Portal Management: Ensure seamless operation and connectivity of Fab's dashboards, homepages, and portals, maintaining optimal performance and functionality.
Academic Requirements:
• 3rd year B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering (with systems information focus) or Information Systems Engineering.
Availability:
• Minimum 20 hours per week, 2-3 days per week
Required Skills and Experience:
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities with strong analytical mindset
• Demonstrated experience in teamwork, customer service, and project management within dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong administrative management capabilities

Technical Proficiencies:

What You'll Be Doing:
Own entire activities associated with mapping entire R&D compute needs and requirements for building small, medium and large Clusters and setups for NVIDIA in Israel. Including interfaces with all relevant R&D leaders and tech representatives
Orchestrate entire plan for placing Clusters leveraging existing labs and facilities, efficiently to enable cutting-edge R&D activities
Interface with external entities, planning and guiding on deployments of Nvidia key Clusters

What We Need To See:
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, MBA - an advantage
12+ years' experience in managing technical multi-disciplinary projects
Familiarity with Data Center and lab infrastructure considerations (Power, Air/Liquid cooling)
Mixture of technical, project management and interpersonal skills
Experience in a global working environment, global companies and partners
Pro-activeness and can-do approach
Excellent ability to work in an organized manner
