Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within Ireland's tech industry? ExPoint is looking for an experienced Client Associate to join our fast-growing team! As Client Associate, you will act as a liaison between our tech clients and the ExPoint development team. You will provide customer service and technical support to clients in Ireland and abroad utilizing ExPoint's products and services. You will monitor the performance and status of various clients, handle escalations, and provide timely solutions for any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will be both analytical and highly organized. You will possess excellent communication skills in order to be able to effectively manage client relationships. You will be a subject matter expert, able to clearly explain complex concepts in simple language – and deliver solutions that can be easily understood. Additional responsibilities and requirements include: •Analyzing client data and responding to customer inquiries •Developing solutions to address customer needs •Providing technical support and guidance to clients •Managing client digital workspaces •Working closely with other teams such as Sales, Marketing and Support •Providing feedback to the ExPoint leadership team •2+ years' experience in customer service and client relations •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Exceptional problem-solving skills •Proven experience gathering client requirements, identifying client needs, and envisioning solutions •Familiarity with agile processes •Keen attention to detail If you are passionate about working with amazing clients and helping them succeed on their tech journey, we want to hear from you!
