As a Support Manager, you will be the go-to resource for problem resolution and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing first line technical support with software, hardware maintenance and installation, problem analysis, and computer systems configuration in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include troubleshooting a wide range of support requests; responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner; and providing issue resolution, including assessing and initiating escalation procedures when appropriate.
