The role of the Executive Manager in Ireland is a highly sought-after position and ideal for tech professionals looking to make their mark in the industry. At Expoint, we are seeking eligible, highly capable individuals to join our team and provide strategic leadership and support for our tech operations in Ireland. Reporting to the CEO and Senior Executive team, the executive manager will be responsible for executing strategies toward achieving operational objectives. They will need to be highly organized, self-motivated and results driven, as well as possessing excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Key duties will include overseeing all facets of the tech operations in Ireland, developing and implementing plans for achieving operational objectives, preparing strategic plans and associated budgets, tracking and evaluating progress, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have the interpersonal skills and the expertise necessary to build relationships with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who will bring knowledge, interest and passion to their job, as well as enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
