Der Kundensuccess-Manager (CSM) ist ein wichtiges Mitglied im Kundenerfolgsteam eines Unternehmens. CSMs schaffen eine Kundenbasis, die auf Partnerschaft, Gespräch und Erfolgsgarantie basiert. Der Kundenerfolg in der technischen Industrie ist auf Expoint wichtig, da sich alles im Handumdrehen ändern kann. Daher müssen CSMs in Deutschland aufgeschlossen und flexibel sein, um sich an diewechselnden Kundenanforderungen anzupassen. Sie müssen auch ein breites Spektrum an Fähigkeiten und Wissen haben, das Formen, Prozesse und Technologien betrifft, oder sie müssen in der Lage sein, sich schnell in diesen Bereichen einzufinden.
