The job of a Workforce Analyst in Canada is definitely an integral part of the tech industry. As a Workforce Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support in a variety of areas, such as talent acquisition and development, talent planning, workforce tracking and forecasting, workforce planning, and other related activities.
