The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in HCM applications and technology space. Our Oracle Services HCM group can assist in providing resources around the design, configuration and implementation of HCM Application Solutions, in addition to advising clients to help understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business.

Supporting the commercialization process, the role builds the frameworks, processes, methods, tools, and governance to facilitate the Go-To-Market (GTM) monetization transformation from input‑based, effort-driven, cost‑plus margin monetization into client value‑driven, output- and outcome‑based models, that appropriately share in all sources of value: efficiency, effectivness and enablement. Your key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, execution and accountability of the product and service commercialization factory including connecting the product, monetization, pricing and commercial models across Top End Audit, Transformations, Managed Services, and other business models, as needed.
